try to cut out the stickman, or make him better(longer time). and the light saber, try to use soften fill edges on modify instead and fill the middle spot with white color it works.

if you did not understand how its done, just take a line in what size and color you want, and higlight it by clicking it, so it get many dots over itself. then go to modify, down to shape and press convert lines to fills. then do the same thing again but insted of pressing convert to fills, press soften fill edges and try some different lengts and steps and then when you got what you want just the middle with white, and make it a symbol. you can erase one of the ends so its flat/ can be attached to a handle.

The background conflicts too much with the stick figure.. Like there's no contrast. Make the knees and elbows more distinct or something. The stick is drawn very inconsistently making it wobbly.

And where's the handle? lol, he be cutting his fingers off.

Yeah the backgrounds pretty bad. Look at some tuts to help you and Dont blur it that much it doesnt look good.

The lightsaber should be a white object with red glow filter on. And a handle would help too.

The stickmans not on the floor either. The background is called a background beacuse its meant to be in the background. Therefore the stickman should be on the top layer (or at least above the background). Try drawing your sticks cleaner and to proportion and making the animation smoother by adding more frames inbetween the ones youve already done.

I have no comments on the light saber, it's all been said.
About the flip, the beginning is nice but as he decends he slows down way to much, try to make his landing angle closer to 90 degrees.
Also, instead of the forward run make him absorb the shock, bend his knees a little, make him crouch. He would not move forward after a backflip.

I don't car what anyone else says, low contrast the background may be, the scenery is really good in my oppinion.

ya I liked the bg, and I honestly think the blur worked. But don't redraw the head every time, there is no need for it and it makes it look bad. And honestly you might want to think about just using the circle tool instead of the brush.
