didn't read the thread, but here's some Vcam advice.
Make the motion point (the white dot when you use the transform tool or press Q) in the center of the vcam. Then decide what you want to focus on, I normally make it something easy like the head or something. Move the vcam every frame to the point where the motion point is on the head or right noxt to it, that way it basically follows it. Don't move the vcam that much or it will look like that >_> The only time you should move the vcam a lot or change it is when someone gets hit, hard. To do this, just animate your vcam normally through the entire animation, and when you get to a part where someone gets hit hard, move the Vcam at an angle so its about halfay across the screen, tint it red a bit if you want to. You should only do that if you use an FPS of 18 or higher, or else it will be too noticable and look like crap.

I dont feel like editing, but I read tawniks post.
An easy way to do so is to select the Vcam, and use the arrow keys, move it like 3-5 spaces in a direction everytime. Depending on how the movements look.

Move the V-cam exactly like you are moving the stick, that ought to help.
