Actually, in practice those are pretty different. His actions in the first movie focused on things that would help give him more adreneline, like havign sex with his girlfriend in public and getting a blowjob in the middle of a car chase, and in the second his actions are about finding ways to give himself electrical surges, like grabbing live wires and stuff.

So just because the basic premise of keeping his body alive through the consumption of a resource. In practice, though, that means a different set of actions.

His heart is removed/affected somehow and he has to do wacky and ridiculously stupid things to keep himself alive...Twice...right after another. Bullshit. I bet you could find some of the same dialogue from the first movie in the second.


"My name is chev chellios, and people ****ed with my heart like 15 minutes ago, then I died, but woke up and people were ****ing with my heart again, so now I have to do the same things all over again, go to the same doctor who magically has the knowledge to keep me alive, I only have a certain amount of time to live just like before, and I'm going to exact revenge...just like before." Yawn.

I cant wait until crank 3, where his kidneys get messed up somehow, and he has to drink water all the time...While exacting revenge.
