Ogrilla,

Step-Ups: basically stepping up on something, then stepping back down.

Barrel Roll: Just mark "yes" and dont ask questions.

I can do step-ups all day. Those are like middle-aged woman exercises. Unless you mean the three-foot blocks. In that case I can do those all day, also. XD

Seriously, though, I can do them for fifteen minutes and I'm not going to count all of it out. I'll just round it.

Add the following please:
Chin ups.
Pulls ups.
Bicep pull-ups.
Inverted press ups.
Detaled press-ups, i.e, for every 6 inches your hands are apart, 1 point per press up.
100m, 10 points for every .5 seconds under 14s.
Sit up pulls (Hang upside down, and do sit ups).

All of the above = **** yeah.
I want to know what you guys call sit ups and what you call push ups, here is my one

Push Ups: Hands out just past your shoulders, elbows lock at 90 degrees, nose touches ground, fully extend arms back up. = 1 sit up BACK STRAIGHT AT ALL TIMES

Sit ups: Knees at 90* and feet touching the ground, wrists stay in contact AT ALL TIMES, start to sit up, once wrists reach your knees and hands go over, go back down. = 1 sit up
Sitting up any further means that you are using your hip flexs and not your abs, and is a crunch, not a sit up.

Results: Don't worry Chimmy I am the worst in town.

Holidizzles.

And, inorite. My inbox is 98% full because most of my pms are references that I find to be somewhat important.

Some time soon, I'll have to put them all into a text document.

This test I know is not accurate. You can't use the same test for all ages. I mean, I'm 5, 8, and I can't jump over a five foot wall without putting my hand on it and swinging over. Its just not correct. What we should be doing is BMI. Tells how much of you body is muscle and how much is fat...

BMI just compares your weight to your height and talls you if you are in the healthy range or not.
