You can't just "make up" a particle. They are base units of the universe. I might as well say that in mathematics there is a secret ")&(" symbol which means "re-define 2 as 7 if it makes the calculation easier" but you only learn about it when you have a doctorate in pure mathematics from Cambridge or higher.
