I keep trying to put the stop code on the frame but i get this error.

You put the code onto the frame in the movie clip. This code can only be on movie clips. Though it is in a movie clip, you are putting a clip event onto a frame. Go onto the main timeline, click the movie clip, and then put it into actions.

But I get the point, it does look like a concrete slab on the end of the tube. I have an example animated [mostly tweened, it won't be in the final product so it doesn't matter] I'll post it tomorrow.

This is NOT an entry for the collab. I don't want to hear any "omg thats aweful!" or similar posts, this was thrown together to show you what you basically need to do. It is also not an example of my animation skill. So I do NOT want comments on it.

Put it on the wheel movieclip. You put it on the frame. And for future reference, the "onClipEvent(enterFrame){" codes goes on movieclips only.
