Maybe you should try to get the physics and motion down first.
Start with a bouncing ball and then work on flips.
Because he just floats in the air for a little bit, also, you need to clean up the canvas, you have brush marks in random places in alot of your frames.

Yeah, Plague's hit the nail on the head. Start off small and work your way up.
The physics were eversoslightly iffy! Think about how it would happen in real life, study real life footage and try to recreate that.

yeah, definitely work on physics. Notice how he never hits the ground. He takes one step, but never finishes it.
