that was not your first animation lol.. but maybe one of your firsts. learn to ease and work on flips and kicks and you don't ecactly half-crouch when you're walking/running.

its pretty smooth, but a bit slow

otherwise read some tutorials on movement and then go to the beginner section and keep posting your anims. Gradualy your movements should improve, also check out tuts for easing and antisipation.
