The worst game I've ever played is NBA 2000. But you can't really blame it since its from 2000.

True Crime: Streets of L.A. is an awful game.

The worst game i've ever played is probably NBA 2006. The game had too many loopholes, winning was pretty much like failing in Ninja Gaiden on the hardest difficulty.
