The worst game I've ever played is NBA 2000. But you can't really blame it since its from 2000.

halo wars sucks so bad, its like those games with that tilted birds eye view and that army crap that they fight by themselves

So basically an RTS? A lot of people like that genre, thats why Bungy made a game like that.

That'd be an RTS (Real Time Strategy).
Don't be hating on a good game genre. Games like Starcraft are awesome games. (Stacraft=RTS)

The worst game i've ever played is probably NBA 2006. The game had too many loopholes, winning was pretty much like failing in Ninja Gaiden on the hardest difficulty.
