stiff as a brick.... the arms movement is nice tho........

It is pretty good, a bit twitchy and not much animation. Btw, if you wanna draw this kinda style characters, I suggest you use Kishimoto's style of drawing skeletons>characters. It is the style I currently use, though not that much. You can find a tutorial by a guy whose name I don't remember, just search for kishimoto style tutorial. That is if you want.

It looks pretty cool, but Kakashi has a sharingan on 1 eye.
It looked a little bit too wobbly on some parts though.
