I haven't animated a good flash animation in a month.

It's very good for the frame rate it's at.
Smooth, VERY elaborate and well executed movements. That's what captivated me the most, the movements are complex and are like clockwork together; it's excellent.
Easing was moderate, which fits the style and movements very well.
Very stylish, too.

That was good, just increase the FPS.
I won't know for sure until you do so, but I think your physics are a little of.
By that I mean he stays in the air too long. But I'm not sure, it might just be the FPS.

Hey, I just noticed something with your animation when I watched it again.
When he is doing the handstand while kicking, his legs jump into the kick to fast making it choppy and showing too much force. He wouldn't be able to kick that hard while doing a handstand.

very good love the style and the moves were great. i cant see anything wrong.
