In previous years, voting has just been political. Many former Soviet states voted for Russia (which is why they won last year) and countries voted for their allies, which is why the UK got a record nul points last year. This year, people actually voted for the songs they wanted to win (how it should be) which is why it was much better than previous years.
The UK has won the most competitions in total and came 5th this year.
Also, may I say, the Russian comedy they showed during the breaks was simply awful.
Thanks for that, I figured it had to do with something like "America's next top model".

Norway's song was okay, but I liked the Russian one a lot better.
I didn't watch all of the voting, did Germany hammer out 10 and 12 points to Russia and Turkey again? **** immigrants.

Better than not be in the final, like Slovakia.

I don't bother watching it. Songs are always terrible and annoying. Especially everything that comes from Slovenia.

We got 9th last year, and we got 12th this year, not bad. Our song didn't suck as much as I thought it would.
