This is my test from the film Scarface and i used a picture and drawed from the picture, bu not traced it only looked at it but the animation was about testing Talking so dont care so much about guy, weapon or background but you can also comment on then :) and i know its hard to see if the brickwall is a insidecorner or outside corner

I'm sorry, but the lipsyncing wasn't very good.
The mouth movements cut out to early.
The movements were off, there wasn't enough syllables.
Adding a tounge and teeth would be nice, but it's optional I guess.
If you don't use them then maybe making the mouth fill transparent (don't fill it).

I have an .fla that has all of the mouth poses for each letter in the alphabet.
If you decide you do want to look at it I can PM it to you.
