So yeah, the Nuggets failed me. But hey, if there's any thing positive that came out of this, it's that they got to the conference finals for the 3rd time in history. That and they chipped the Lakers down to a good size for the Magic to chew them up and spit them out in the finals. So go Dwight and good job, Denver.
I shall be sporting my Carmello jersey on Monday in mourning of a tragic loss.

Haha, Magic destroyed the Cavaliers. Dwight with 40+ points, ****ing beast.
I'm gonna get a t-shirt for every Magic starter.

I hope the Magic won't blow it like when they went against the Rockets in the finals of 95.

I hate the Lakers for beating the Nuggets. ****ing Kobe.
It really would've been cool to see the Nuggets get to the finals, though. Not just because they're my team and they haven't won a championship ever, but also to see what kind of gimmick this local radio station could come up with to rally up Magic support in Central Florida. During the Celtics series, they had the curse of Big Baby after Glenn Davis knocked over that fat little Magic fan when he scored the winning shot in game 4. So they made a Big Baby piñata and had listeners including some local new anchor and former Magic shooting guard Anthony Bowie to tear it up. Then for the Cavs series, they played musical sledgehammer with on old red chevy cavalier. If it was Magic vs. Nuggets, they'd probably go down to mcdonalds, pick up a bunch of 6-pieces and have an eating contest.

Well, it doesn't matter which team opposes the Magic in the Finals, because the Magic win either way. Hedo Turkoglu and Rashard Lewis are two clutch ass mofockas.

And they're thinking about putting Jameer Nelson back on, too. They say he's recovered well enough that he might be able to play good. The Magic's already got a pretty all-star squad without Nelson between Dwight (of course), Hedo, Courtney, Rashard, Mikael, and Rafer. Jameer'll just add to that advantage even if he though he won't be the Jameer we had before the injury.
The thing about the Lakers is, they rely too much on Kobe. I imagine Phil Jackson going over the same pregame locker talk with the players as the Bel Air Academy basketball coach did when Will joined the team. You know, the "pass it to Will" offense.

Lakers = Cavaliers. One man team. The only difference is that the Lakers have Pau Gasol, but the points he'll score on Rashard will be compensated by the points that Dwight will score on Bynum.

Not to mention their improvement on offensive rebounds.

Lakers lead in the finals 1-0. Kobe dropped 40pts in the 100-75 rout of the Magic in Game 1.
That's right.

That's right.
