Not bad... But try lowering the FPS a tiny bit. It would be better with sound effects so I can hook you up with some links

Kromes got a point,u animate at a FPS, you should stick to it and not change it later,this is a matter of frames,you should have added more frames to show that hes moving a bit more and to make it more smooth

The only thing missing from everything you have there is easing. add this, and you will have a fine animation there.
