Generally stuff like this would go in tutorials, except it's not a tutorial - it's just a place to go to to find tutorials, most of which we already have. If you need any help on the pivot basics and can't be bothered to search then PM me and I can help, anything more advanced there is almost certainly a tutorial for, but if not just try it out and do it how you think is best, then show us your animation and collectively we can work out how to improve it. I'm sure there's similar for flash or eztoon.
