You need to make things which are anatomically possible.
You need to make things that are physically possible.
You need to add more force.
You need to use sticks of different colours so that they aren't merging all over the place.
You need to stop sticks from merging with themselves all over the place.
You need to spend more time on an animation.
You need to perfect your last animation before you move on to the next one.
You need to only show us animations that you think are good.
