For Eztoon:
Press "New" in Eztoon
make the size 100x100
make the animation.
save it, then convert the anim to .GIF through the ".GIF" button on EZtoon
if the animation ends up bigger than 19.5 kb or is larger than 100x100,
your avatar will be a still image, even though it may be an animation.
To use an avatar bigger than 19.5 kb, upload it to:
http://www.tinypic.com/ ~make sure your anim is 100x100
then copy and paste the URL
