I would suggest drawing more of his form spinning before you turn it into the ball like shape he normally looks like when going so fast. Just a couple milliseconds (I'm talking 3-4 frames) showing his body more spinning, and every time getting harder to see his hedgehog form and turning into the spinning ball effect. Smoke has been mentioned, only other thing that could be better is when he falls down, it goes at an uneven pace. It looks like he floats at one point and then goes reallllyyy fast down. It would probably help if you took out a couple frames at the beginning of him falling (top view part this applies to).
