i did wut it said but whenever i try to upload is says "Failed to upload your image" what am i supposed to do O.O

Yeah i try to upload one as my avatar but i get no dice. It has my first image in the animation, but it dosen't move.Yes i'm uploading it as a GIF and going to imageshack (yes theres already a tut like this) and i upload. bla bla bla copy paste to here but the animation dosen't move.

Notice my avatar should be two stickmen and a ball being bounced off their heads.

How big is the .gif? I believe that it doesn't work if it's too big.

Well i just changed it to a smaller animation (though the people look bigger) it still won't work. So i put it to 2(size) this time, it's only like 2 kb and the animation is the size that it automaticly puts you on so...Any more tips?

i've tried imageshack and just pressing browse and getting it from there , i'm just trying to get an avatar.Is it just my version of Pivot or is it my computer?Maybe if i leave merge on it'll upload.

If you're using pivot 3 you want resize 50.
