Frame delay and shrink frame are the pivot 2.2.5 options. Pivot 3 didn't exist when this thread was made. I don't think Pivot 3 has the option to change the frame rate so the only thing you need to worry about is the resize, which will depend on how big you made the canvas when you were animating. If you used the default size canvas you'll want to set resize to 50%. Uncheck merge, if merge is checked. "Merge" merges together identical frames if they're next to each other, so at best it does nothing and at worst it messes up your timing.
You shouldn't need to do anything else. If it still doesn't work you might accidentally be saving it as individual images or something.

Umm, I must have did something wrong. My animations isn't playing when I open it....?
I saved it in .gif, frame delay 6 and shrink frame to 2.
So... what's wrong? I'm trrying to use windows photo viewer to view it and it just shows the first frame. :confused:

Don't use windows photo viewer. It will probably work fine when you upload it.

Are you sure you animated more than one frame to begin with?
How are you looking at your animation when you see only one picture?
Are you able to post a printscreen of what it looks like when you're about to hit the "save" button?

Right click the gif, select "open with" and make your internet browser your default .gif viewer.

Don't do that. Export as a .GIF, upload to imgur. Make it so that when you open a .GIF, it opens it with whatever internet browser you use.

Windows Movie maker is what I used. I just exported it as Avi. Edited it with movie maker and posted on youtube
