Ok if you don't know how to, use a sprite. Go to FILE and LOAD SPRITE, if you have a picture of a heath bar use that.

The most low-tech way to do it with no downloads or anything, is to: click 'File' -> click 'Create Figure Type' -> draw a horizontal line from the orange dot, making it the length that you want the bar to start at -> use the arrows to the side to make it the thickness that you want it -> delete the origional line (the one that's up automatically when you open the create figure window) -> click 'file' -> click either 'save as' or 'add to animation' (name it something) -> add another of the same -> make one of them size 105 -> bring the smaller one to front and place it on top of the bigger one -> make the small one green or red and the big one black or blue.

When the health decreases, select the small line and click 'edit'. Then make a new line out from the orange dot that is slightly shorter than the old one. Delete the old line so that there is only one section in your new shorter line. Add it to the animation and overlap the new line where the old one used to be. Delete the first smaller line (now the medium sized line).

Repeat every time the health drops.

hahaha, how old are you, 7?
1. go into stick figure builder. It is a button in pivot that takes about 3.5 seconds to find.
2. Make the healthbar into the shape you want it.
3. Make it red (or whatever color.)
4. If you want to make it smaller as health depletes you'll have to go back into editor and make a shorter one because Pivot is shit like that.

Actually, you don't have to make a new one for every time the health drops. Just make another stick the same color as your background, and as the health depletes just cover the healthbar with the white stick.

The frame might be too difficult for him. Also, in pivot that would leave an inverted circle in the health bar because of the way the lines are shaped. My way still has the round end but it's pointing outwards and doesn't look as unnatural.

Your way is easier when you've started though, and I suppose I am just desperately trying to validate myself. My points still stand.
