Yeah that. In my case, because I saw the car before I was hit by it, my body was all like, "OH SHIT, NEED SUM ADRENALINE AND ENDORPHIN NAOW!!"

well i don't exactly like pain, but it leads to major focus, like in a fight i wouldn't mind gettin hit once or twice to get the adrenaline goin before i start gettin at it.

i tend to have a high tolerance to pain, it's sort of a rush to feel a big impact so it's not all bad,.
