I thought I'd share a new prototype I've been playing around with.
I'm trying to figure out a better control scheme for ragdoll games. At the moment, all ragdoll games (including my old game Braids NEON) involve crudely dragging around the ragdoll's head (or other body parts). I'd like to improve on that. What I've come up with so far is still pretty crude and simple, but it's an interesting change.
Click to try my Ragdoll Control Prototype
Click the window to give it keyboard focus. Then use the arrow keys to move the stick figure around.
left - rotate head left
right - rotate head right
up - raise arms
down - spread legs
There's also slow motion when you hold down the space bar, and you can adjust physics settings with the buttons on screen.
Please give it a try and post your feedback and thoughts about how to make a ragdoll game with better controls. :)

i didnt like too that much, i found it a little hard to control.
however, i do think that it would be acceptable for your upcoming game.

Lol. I like this game! Sometimes while I am playing he will lose one of his legs. Is that normal?
Anyway: I was able to do a wall flip. Physics: Gravity: 3 clicks. Speed: I dont think it matters but I had it at 7 clicks. Drag: None. Flex:None. Thoughs are the stats I had when I did the wall flip.
Note: One click means one left mouse click on any of the stat buttons.

It's not really supposed to lose one of its legs, but it does happen sometimes. :pQuote from armygeidonLol. I like this game! Sometimes while I am playing he will lose one of his legs. Is that normal?

Congrats on the wall flip! :D It's that low drag and flex that's the key in pulling one off.

Alright well... now whats drag suppose to do?

Drag is like air resistance, except simpler. If you turn it up, it's like you're underwater.
