One of the best storyline I've ever seen, along with a cliff-hanger ending. Most of King's books are like that. I love them <3

Dream Catcher is my favorite by him, followed by The Stand. I've never read From a Buick 8.

You should read From A Buick 8. It's an amazing story that will keep you guessing. The Stand was good, I actually cried at the end. First movie to ever make me cry.

I haven't read much of his. I've read Cell, mainly because I'm the zombie expert and had no choice, and while it started great, it kinda fell apart when the last third of it rolled around.
Other than that, I have enjoyed the movies The Shining, Creepshow (Though that was mostly due to George A Romero's influence), The Mist, the Green Mile, and The Shawshank Redemption. I especially enjoyed all of those, but The Mist is my favorite by far.

1. Was it the first one, or the second one?
2. The Shawshank Factor is when you own an amazing movie, but you never decide to watch it until it's on TV.

1. THE FIRST ONE. No shit, the first one was the only one Kubrick directed.
2. Not really. It just means that that's not a very common term.

The Shawshank Factor doesn't exist.
I think you're thinking of The Shawshank Redemption.
