it's hard to take that character design seriously in live action. It's a guy with a big arrow painted on his bald head. It's silly.
Anyway, despite my general distaste for the Amerime tv show, this looks like, since it has a more serious tone and really cool effects, it'll be entertaining.
BTW:
Does anyone else think that if this is successful, a live action pokemon won't be far off?

live action anime sucks.
though there is a live action cowboy bebop coming.. which could be cool.
and if you watch the trailer, there doesn't seem to be an arrow PAINTED on his head.. looks like like his hair or something.
also the art is kind of inspired by anime, its done by americans.
