Seems to freeze in air, and fall unrealistically.
Pretty good, keep working.

It fell a tad too fast at first. When it bounced, it kind of went into a triangle instead of a curve.

What about the shelf holding it up. was the swing ok?

It should have went a little higher on the the third swing.

I think it would look better if u keep the ball his normal shape....

Well, I have to admit that the stick/line is done pretty well, I really like its movement, but I cant say the same about the ball because it has a few flaws
- easing
- trajectory
- I cant imagine what material is that made of
This is your trajectory:

you should get something more like this:

+ you made a mistake when doing easing, when the ball bounces it shouldnt look like the second anim, but like the first

just go frame by frame and then go frame by frame through your animation, ups, I didnt add the squash effect to the right one, but, its just squashing down for 1 frame, thats enough. And finally theres an animation I made a month ago, that should help you too, just watch fbf (frame by frame) http://www.truploader.com/view/434348
