I'd recommend that you post in the beginners thread. You need to start beginning to think about moving every limb on all figures in the animation on each frame, to give it a more realistic feel, just generally begin with the basics. Walking, running, jumping and move onto punching, kicking and chain them together to create combos. There are plenty of tutorials around if you just look and keep practicing you'll get better in no time.
