Well it depends on whether the pirates know if there are ninjas around or not.
If they do, nobody wins, because it's impossible to kill a pirate that's on guard unless said pirate is being killed by a pirate, but it's also impossible to kill a ninja.
But if the pirates don't know there are ninjas around, the ninjas win because they'll ****ING KILL THE PIRATES IN THEIR SLEEP.
So I went with the ninjas.
