Can you inform me via pm, cronos? That would be really helpful.
Vile, I'm not sure about attaching a biped, but animating is pretty easy. You should test this out with a cube or something first before trying harder things. I started off tweening cameras around. Basically if you look at the bottom of 3Ds Max, you will see the funky time bar looking thing with a key and lots of other gizmos. That is your timeline. One of the buttons down there goes to timeline properties where you can set the frame amount and FPS and stuff in. Highlight al of the object you want to animate, and then press the giant key down at the bottom. You might also want to click the autokey button. Then go to the bottom left of your timeline and click a button that should show a mini whatever on your timeline. It will look like a timeline with lines dictating a certain frame spot, usually by 100's or 10's (in my case). If you right click you can select an option that says set 'whatever'. The basic idea of this is to plot little markers on the little timeline thing that will represent as keyframes. Keep in mind that you should always have at least one long bar going across this, if you don't, something is wrong. Also be careful about your X, Y, and Z sections because you can mess it up. Sorry for my terrible explanation, I'm doing this off of memory because I'm not at a computer with 3Ds Max on it.
There are some really good tutorials at:
www.tutorialized.com
Click on the 3Ds Max link on the left navigation bar. You might have to sign up though (its free). Last time I was on that site it said I needed to sign up to view the rest of the tutorial.
I hope I managed to help somehow >_>
