If not, then you will have to send the swf in CS3 format to Upps when you are finished, so he can then convert it to 8 and then continue on.

Thats assuming Upps has CS3, if he has 8 then you will need to send it to someone with CS3 so he can convert it to 8 and send it to Upps.
