To be honest, whole of the animation was kind of junk, not just the end.

While the stickman hits, he has to move both arms, not just one of them.
While the stickman kicks, the arms don't move. They should. In this part, the upper part of body is extremely stiff. The kick lacked force.

You try to make it too smooth. As smoothness is nothing bad, easing can make things smooth AND fast, because how you do it now the kicks and punches are too slow to actually hurt someone.

So, my point is:
Learn easing.

I think I've got some tutorials on this, I'll try to find the link.

BOOM, it's not about easing, but read the parts where I ease in the animation, you'll find out what it is.

isnt that hebrew?
anyways, about the anim: pretty much what everyone else said, too slow to hurt anyone. sometimes its ok to be choppy. however, i like the way you got the idea of heavyspacing the hits to add power. and the tremors arent bad, but kind of boring. do bigger tremors for more powerful hits.

actually, the animation can look more powerful than this by just raising the framerate, easy as that, if that doesnt work, delete some frames

Bit more easing, up the framerate a bit, the back is quite stiff. The last punch didn't feel right. Probably because the other arm instantly replaced the spot of the other arm. Let it wait for one frame.

Other then that it's good.
