Yes I ripped off of N_T, but it looks like good practice.

First off, I will only be doing 5 to 6 backgrounds, 1 per person.

Third, I will need this knowledge:
Reference - any rough sketch or pictures you can use to show what you want
Atmosphere - any tints, shading, foreground/background effects.
Quality - anywhere from, Flat colors, Cell Shaded, Gradient Cell.
Detail - specific things
Movables - basically props in the surrounding area, moving or solid but still moving.

so go ahead and copy that...
