what Sotiroloplous did is something Eddie teaches a lot - Getting the deep hook, striaght to swim move (when he flipped Dent over into the armbar) into the spider web (where he hook's the arm and has controll of the leg to stop him from rolling into him) then to the arm crush and arm bar.

Jon Jones and Frankie Edgar looked awesome. I really think Jones is a future champ. He's already destroying guys and has a great attitude and wants to keep learning.

Oh, and this isn't related to MMA. But I competed in the National contact karate/kickboxing competion today, and I came second. It was my first time competing in the adults catagory (Only turned 18 a couple months ago). I fought in the under 70KG division, and my instructor fought too.
