Is that in one frame per second or is it just so goddam big that it hasn't loaded yet?
Work on all the basics and post in the beginners section (recomendation, not requirement). It's best to get your easing, choppiness, stiffness, physics, anatomy, and realism sorted out before you go on to do big things with effects like this.
