Gears of war - Good game but really, buying a console just to be able to play it is ridiculous. You can go to a retail store and play the whole game in an hour there.

Its not crap, its an opinon of liking. IM getting tired of all thesse shooters, all the same. Final fantasy ist he biggest RPG franchise, and has always produced big games.

And no, halo is not killzone 1/2. Killzone got mixed reviews, everyone that played it said the controlls are a bit meh, and the feel isn't as much there as other games. ''It is just another shooter'' Tbh I think halo easily tops it, but that's me.

I played red faction, which is on the xbox as well, I hate it.. lol. (Loved red faction 2)

And no, I'm not the only one saying they didn't produce that well games. A lot of people with multiconsoles are waiting for new interesting Sony games and play xbox instead atm, the latest was infamous which was good yes.

And yes, its gonna come to ps3 sooner or later, like with Bioshock, eternal sonata. You guys NEED our games to survive >:D lol.

Plus we got your biggest franchise, MGS now. Although only the one with Raiden ,which actually a lot of people find baddass.

Hopefully, they will keep KH3, god of war, and some big good games exclusive though just for the sake of me buying ps3 and it doing better

Edit: HOWEVER, I will admit this. The ps3 will probably stay longer then the Xbox, since it got like 9 cores (or 8 idk) compared to the 3 cores of the xbox for example, it got the technology, it got the blue ray which sooner or later will take over. It definietly got the power to make amazing games. Although I heard its a BITCH to create games on the ps3, or port them from pc (However they do it lol)

So that's a thing. Its just, games are such a big thing. Its like psp vs Ds, ds has so many fun games, while psp has so much technology its just meh [the games] (I have both) and no I dont hate sony

Although mods are ftw damn.. They can make an experience so much better.

Because PC doesn't win.

Why?

Because all the good games are console exclusive.

And if they actually are on PC, then they're console focused, so you get a half-assed port.

And most of the devs aren't supporting custom shit anymore, so theres no longevity in the long run (Bioshock, you are the biggest ****ing perpetrator)

And I know you're going to throw a Valve, and yes, I agree Valve is great, but really, when they're huge games come out, its every so often, so by the time the next game comes out you will already have to upgrade a bit.

Which is what turns me off PC gaming now. In order to get a decent FPS in a new game with all low settings, you need to have god's expensive machine. Annoying.

But I do go and play all the old PC games, in the early 90's to early 2000's, since all new games suck anyway.

I wont throw a Valve but I will throw a "Devs are too ****ing whiny about pirating and the supposed money they WANTED/DIDN'T make so they throw DRM on the games making people not want to buy them so they go on whining about pirating some more"

That, I will throw out.

And thats when people like ACE Team (Zeno Clash) come on and say "Hey, when you pirate it and if you like it, please buy it"

Even though I'm sure 90% of them lied, all the piraters would go on to say "OH HEY I THINK THEY'RE AWESOME SO I WILL ACTUALLY BUY THIS GAME FOR THAT REASON ALONE"

And then the Valve route: Update your games a shit load, multiplayer games are harder to pirate.

I do actually buy games I really do like.

They just happen to be Valve games.

And I happen to be broke. :(

Baw. Thats $73Au. We are paying $100Au ($82USD). And that is just the PC one. Standard CoD6:4:2 on console is $120 ($98.6US)

I have both consoles.

I prefer Playstation 3.

I'm getting Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2, two weeks sooner!
I just got a call from my cousin, he works at a national distribution company here in Portugal and they are going to receive the game 2 weeks earlier to organize the national wise releases.
And it will only cost me like 30 bucks.
I'll post screens later.
