I have in my hand, a Microwave Capacitor.

2100 Watts
50/60 Hz

I know we can blow this up, but how, and expected blast radius and such things?

Please help, i dont want to die.

I dunno dude. Every time someone has some object that explodes when within its machine and removes it from the machine, such an explosion is usually not possible without replacing it into the machine.
