I dunno dude. Every time someone has some object that explodes when within its machine and removes it from the machine, such an explosion is usually not possible without replacing it into the machine.

Try to connect it to a car battery to see what happens.

Assuming you were wearing rubber gloves for safety, throw said Capacitor (with battery attached) into a pond.
