I created a lot of rust over the months Lol.

You can, just add a lot of frames and take time with each frame. :Happy:

its pretty good though for next time i think you should lower his back and make the legs fly higher and go longer as he takes each step, one more thing, try to make at least one small step before initiating the run
here is a quick (and crappy) example of a run i made quickly for you: http://www.truploader.com/view/331057
look at how the run is started and the steps taken, though i like animating a few diferent run cycles then repeating some of them in different sequences so it looks more natural, youll see what i mean, i hope this helps ;)

I think you should move torso more. It was good i think.

I agree, the torso wasn't keeping up with the limbs every time he takes a step.

His animation was actually 10x better so I don't think he should take any critisism from you.

It was good, but I think you should add at least 1 step before he starts to run.

And don't worry about being rusty, there's no such thing as "being rusty".
It's all in your head.
