Disregard what cryptik said.
Its not bad, but the easing isnt very noticable. Instead of moving the limbs (arms mostly) at the same distance in every frame, make less movement per frame at the start of a movement, and more movement each frame during a movement.

yeah, that's basically it. also, you should try deleting a few frames to add slightly more force.

The animation shouldn't be so big. It should be smaller. Though it's choppy only a bit. (small animations - no choppyness)
I think his back leg should bend.

You animate almost like I do :S Except mine are.. Slow :\
