It's smooth, but here's a tip in giving your hits force, in case you need it:
Before a hit, instead of making about 6 frames for a punch/kick, give it about 3 frames of easing, and make the fist/foot move to the contact point in one frame, instantly. It produces a powerful hit if done right.

I know it's an old topic but why not.

He resizes at the end. he's a bit shorter because of the angle but in comparison to the torso at the end, look at the torso's length at the beginning.
