I think pivot doesn't give you a high enough frame rate for what you want to do. It's really good but I can't help thinking it would look better it you could use about 50fps and get some easing in.

At the beginning his arms move a bit weird.
The physics are a bit off.

Nice animation. And the 2 punches in the beginning were awkward but I understood it. Everything else, nice.

Hahahahahahahahaha, ha! I don't think so, sadly you probably have not seen any of his animations while he was trying. I know I did a joint with him and he was pretty good, sure his movements aren't perfect but they're a lot better than your movements. You're trying to hard to be realistic, it makes the animation boring. Perhaps you should try being creative for once, that is where poppetj3d beats you hands down. You seem so positive as well, hate to break it to you but that was a little ignorant and arrogant.
Now lets all stop day dreaming of being so much better than we actually are and look at some criticism.

First off, the punches were far to downward to seem like they were actually attempting to hit someone. Secondly the kicks where he was spinning on his hands seemed a little awkward. You should make him without legs, add him, then remake his legs in different proportions to make it seem like the are actually spinning instead of some low beginner knock off. For someone trying pretty hard on being realistic you forget one of the if not the most important thing of animating, where is the easing? Seriously, did you get animation amnesia? You claim to be better than poppet even though he can smooth down an animation, his don't look as stiff or even as lazy as yours. Though he is clearly trying less.

Overall I rank it medium beginner, closer to low beginner.
Try to move all the joints in every frame and try to slow everything down. The speed you're trying to obtain is turning into an eye sore.

Yes it really does, when you try and imitate the style that someone else created it shows lack of creativity and effort. Though if he was actually good at it I would bitch less, cheap imitation regardless.

I wouldn't count him short, you forget poppet's animations make no sense, a lot of the time. you also forget that a lot of poppets animations do get sloppy. Also it's not bad that people wont come up with there own styles. You forget that almost all the styles have been taken and it's harder to come up with newer styles, and you will have to admit you have used other styles to start your own i'm sure.

They may make no sense but at least they are entertaining, how dare you attempt to thwart my douchebaggery? Yes creating your own individual style is difficult, however I have begun to notice an increasing amount of people attempting to be exorbitantly realistic with pivot at darkdemon. Once again if it where actually good I would bitch less. But since they aren't and he got cocky. I felt the need to put him down because I roll that way. Besides the likely hood of megaanims being a complete bitch at me after this is very large because he has always disliked me and I have always sold him short, that is how it usually happens. I also mentored poppet for a short time making me inclined to disagree with megaanims previous statement. Because I know that we both agree creating your own style is very difficult that must make poppet at least slightly more skilled than meganims who is using a knock of in comparison and poor skills to boot.

You know i love to attempt to stop you. But in any case, even if he got big headed. you have to figure poppet has become the same way. either way you can't really be bitchy at any one for trying to become good hell i'm still trying but even thinking of a new style in anything is harder then it seems.

Well the problem lies there, too many people being to damn confident. I have never joint a collab I expected to do the best in and I have never done a pivot war I expected to win. Forgetting those who helped them on the way and clinging to frail thoughts of greatness. The sad tragic emotional pit fall known as arrogance, is the only thing truly keeping most of these people from being liked let alone respected. For these poor despondent and woeful beings lurk in the chilling lonesome shadow of those greater than the horrid, putrid and disgusting creations they spew out of themselves like tears out of an infants depressing azure eyes that just witnessed the loss of their own mother though being oddly ignorant of the actual predicament and just feeling the primitive feeling of hunger. That's what they are, hungry, hungry for the sweet and warm nourishment out of they're mothers bussom. It is the responsibility of us, the producers of criticism to nourish these poor souls into something that will metamorphose into a beautiful butterfly that can fly about the sky with happiness and freedom. However it is also our responsibility to tell them what acts will lead to a lesser form of themselves, a place where they're beauty cannot be fully displayed. If we let them turn into moths and fly towards the fire and get burned it is potently our fault. So excuse me when I exclaim that this mother ****ing Caterpillar is turning into a moth, do you know what a moth is? A ****ing douchebag.
