Sort of look like my old animations. Just keep practicing and you will get better. Don't worry about sucking, everybody starts out like this. Take a look at the way that you do things then try to replicate them with flash. Make them look more realistic.

Try laying off the blur a little bit. I went overboard with blur when I began too. You only really need one frame of blur for your punch. Keep practicing, I look forward to seeing your future animations.
