It is a very bad thing you're making a collab without having Flash. One of the main things the collab initiator should make is compile it, if he has Flash and any knowledge of it.
MAIN ADVICE: Get Flash and start learning how to compile, you should compile it yourself. Since you're not much of a known person, it will be hard for you to find a good compiler/menu maker/coder for the collab. The best you'll find is probably someone who wants to do some charity for you.
NOTE: That collab organizer you're looking for is called a compiler.
ADVICE: Since you are working with numerous fresh animators here, it's a good idea that you ask them for updates at least once a week. Make sure they don't quit your collab and most importantly make sure they don't quit animation. Making a beginner collab, in my opinion is taking responsibility for keeping a couple newbies around. After all you can't make such a collab for fame and money, you're only doing it for the beginners, since it won't be a "big turnout" in anything else than length, and I hope you're aware than that.

For the music how abiut you steer away frm the heavy metal.... its so obvious. but i would suggest the opening from Pulse of the maggots. and then use sumthing else.
