First, draw the eye boundary:
Now fill it with white:
Convert it to movie clip symbol and double click at it, make 2 layer when you're inside:
In the top layer draw two circles to make the pupil, the smaller one have the darker color:
Put the circles on top of each other:
Now draw two other circles, use radial with the center point is white and the outer color is the color of the inner pupil:
Now convert them to movie clip again and set the alpha down low to make them transparent.
Place them over the pupil, make another layer on top of the pupil layer, right click at it and check "mask". Copy the lighter pupil and use "paste in place" to paste it in the newest layer:
Now go back out by double click out side or click on the "symbol 43". This is the result:
Now do the masking step again but the mask is the white thing this time:
Now make another layer on top and draw the eyebrow:
There. You're done. Double click out side to return to normal window, draw the stick, add a few effect and here we go:
Please don't criticize the fingers. I'm still working on them. criticize on everything else.
