Wow dude, have some patience, your not always gna get comments within the hour, could take a day or two sometimes, then bump. Ok, to be honest, you have none of the required basics down to animate, so heres what you need to do.
1. Look at some tuts learn the following basics:
-Easing
-Movements
-Fluidity
-Anticipation
-Physics
Theres and some good tuts here and there if your willing to search, dont expect to be terkoiz in a few days, animation takes dedication, it can take atleast a year before you get any good, and even more years to find your style and become great.
Flaws in you animation:
-No Easing
-Stiff
-Unnatural movement
-No flow
-Rushed (in my opinion)
