What u meant by stick page avatar ? use your User Control Panel and theres an avatar settings.

Also , check the forums there will be a tutorial links ...

I also offer tutorials to new comers but some peoples just ignore me ,,, tough they think I'm a noob too

I wouldn't classify you as a noob, because you are trying to help people out, and I respect that. But you are still a beginner, and wont be able to offer much help to newcomers, for now.

exactly. this means that you yourself do not completely understand, therefore how can you teach a technique you can't fully grasp yourself to someone else. its never wrong to take tips off people who can offer it, but when you have to learn off someone else for most of the things you're doing it is not the place for you to be teaching others. when most of what you are doing is your own style and design, thats when you can start giving others tips.

as for OK999999 i don't believe you understand anything about animation. it doesnt cost anything to actually make a game or animation but it costs for the software. and it doesnt cost anything to put your animation up, infact you often get PAID for it, however your animation needs to be up to a good standard.
