First you need to earn to save. When you save as a .gif you need to set frame delay to 6 (or frame rate to 16, it depends on what version you have) and resize to 2 if you started from the standard size screen or to about 4 from animating at that size.
Then you need to start with something simpler. A ball bouncing will help you understand easing. A walk will help you understand movement. A jump will help with stiffness. You need to learn all of those things at some point; probably in that order.
