Hey there. For what's presumably one of your first animations, this isn't bad, but you need to work on the stiffness of your figures. Use more frames and less noticeable movements to make everything flow and then your stuff will be more enjoyable to watch.
Also, carry on those particle dispersions for a few more frames. To me it seems like they're disappearing altogether far too quickly.
Having said that, you used some good effects like that spin when the dude was in the air. Good luck and continue animating! :]
