We know many of you were frustrated tonight with not getting the prize you wanted or even a prize at all. While we had small prizes for the majority, we realize that most of you wanted the BIG prizes, not just an iskin or wallpaper. We hear you and given that this is only our second prize posting ever, we learned alot. We are going to change the PTZ redemption system BIG for November based on our learnings.

Like they have no experience with this at all and they're just running with an idea.
